Today I’ve finished making new “Silent Invader” series.
The color of bar code part is lighter than always, which means whole entire world has less energy now. I want to bring some power to the world. I intended to use pale and gentle colors… but seems like these colors are still bright as usual…
People who see my artworks often ask me the meaning, the bar code part itself express human being, then colorful embroidery threads part express the world around us. So which means “There are so many different people and things in this world, but we still admit the difference and keeping our balance.” When I make artwork I really don’t think “this color and this color match together”. So even I myself don’t know how new artwork will be until I finish making it.
As a new challenge I’ve made some pale color artworks. I imagined “In such a busy & confusing life, some people feel like staying in ‘color-less world.”
Now I have about 50 artworks in my hand, but I’m planning to make more than 50 artworks. My goal is making 100 artworks. Then I’ll hold solo exhibition neat year.
Before that I’ll do another exhibition, I haven’t done any exhibition recently, so I should do it !
