Boundaries -chaotic water flow-
51.5 x 53 x 17cm 2020
Mixed media (acrylic paint, embroidery thread (silk), acrylic board, Kent paper, wooden panel)
This artwork is one of the most chaotic version of the “Boundaries” series.
A person’s life is often compared to the flow of a river, and each life becomes a line. The lines that are completely different from each other are intricately overlapped to create a world that surrounds us. The lines created by the threads in the artwork represent the boundaries created by those innumerable lines.
Chaos is a state in which everything is mixed before the birth of all things. Now the world has been messed up by the covid-19 matters, but it is an artwork with expectations for a new world born from this chaos.
