Exhibiting one artwork at Nishiwaki thumb hole art prize Hidemi Shimura

One of my artwork “Silent Invader (SS_sh1)” is now exhibited as a finalist of Nishiwaki thumb hole art prize in Okanoyama Art Museum Nishiwaki, Hyogo, Japan.

This time artwork is exhibited without framing, so visitors can see the texture and material of coiled embroidery tread.
These colors are from a scenery of an island “Kesennuma Oshima” located at Kesennuma city in Miyagi (Japan northeast).

About 200 different kinds of thumb hole size artworks will be exhibited in this exhibition, so if you live around Nishinomiya-city please come & see our exhibition! Exhibition date is until December 14th.
